I just got back with my coworker. It's just IE 11 that has the problem. Chrome works. Sorry I thought Chrome was also a problem when I replied earlier. I'm thinking there could be a setting in IE that's causing this but we have no idea what it would be that would prevent the list of tests from showing up. If he edits the list, he can see all the tests in the edit window but when he clicks off that set and goes back to it, he doesn't see the test list. Very weird and no one else has this problem. It used to work for him prior to upgrading OATS to 18.104.22.168 build 262.
