It means that the support team will be able to be in touch with you shortly to assist in resolving/recovering the domain in question. Unfortunately you will have to wait for a response. You can also email email@example.com as a secondary channel for support purposes.
Never received any response from tech support, but did finally get a new verification email this morning, so I'm assuming they fixed the problem. I was able to use the link in the verification email to verify my address and restore my domain registration.
I'm having the same problem with the "resend verification" link this morning.
My dynamic domain name account has seemingly been deleted.
I presume that this has happened because I haven't been receiving account renewal email reminders.
It says to just register a new account, but I am not receiving the emails that are supposed to contain the "Confirmation Code".
Of course I have checked my spam folder and it's not in there either.

If so please white list their sender so they do not end up in there in the future.
