while we cannot replace or overrule support, we try to help and/or inquire as best as we can in order to better understand any potential issue/s you and your customers are facing.I have a few questions on my side in order to narrow down the problem.
- Are you referring to the availability limits used via the CTRL+D (availability screen) i Suite8?
- Can you please specify the SR Number where support told you or indicated what you stated above?
- Are you assuming it's a bug, or did support officially tell you that it's a bug?
- Please specify how the problem occurs - how it can be reproduced?
I can confirm 220.127.116.11 is the latest Online Interface patch as far as Suite8 version 8.13.X.X is concerned.

after verifying I can confirm that BUG DB 29178626 will be fixed in version 18.104.22.168. Neither the development team nor we solutions engineers can or will make any date commitments with regard to upcoming solutions versions and/or release dates. Thus we all have to wait until the above-mentioned version will be released. When that occurs customer should obtain the necessary PMS and Online Interface update to that patch.
