I have been trying to renew my expiring services for three weeks now. I've been billed to my card but the services to not renew, in fact several have expired. I've tried contacting via email, phone and live chat to no avail. I've been a Dyn customer for over 10 years and have never had this happen but if I can't get this resolved today I will gladly move elsewhere. How do I resolve this?

You should be able to log into your account via https://account.dyn.com and click "renew services" under "billing" where a list of upcoming expiring services should be where you can add them to your cart and renew.
