Between May 20th, 2019 at 18:30 UTC and May 28th, 2019 at 17:30 UTC, customers may have experienced issues manually renewing TLD domain registrations through Oracle+Dyn. Customers who experienced renewal failures should retry their transactions at this time.

Thanks for you assistance. If I try the renewal again, can you say if the other pending transactions will be processed ending with me being double billed?

If it is showing as pending, then it is the credit card company holding funds in anticipation of Dyn accepting, and will be released back to you in a few days. If for whatever reason it does not return, contact us at email@example.com and it will be resolved.
