Register for .uk domain name

I have a couple of .co.uk domain names registered through dyn.com.

I've just received an email from Nominet saying that if I want to keep the associated .uk domain (that are reserved for me) I have to purchase them from me .co.uk provider before the 25th June.

But, I can't see how to do this via my dyn service page. Can somebody advise on how I go about this please?

Unfortunately there isn't a way for you to transfer via your user panel in account.dyn.com without reaching out to support for assistance. If you email userhelp@dyn.com our support team will be able to assist you with this process.

Seems many are having the same problem as the system and support is non existent. No replies to requests to unlock other than 'crass' system generated ones!

The basics need fixing as a matter of urgency.
