I have been exploring for an exam which is equivalent of 1z0-0117 - Oracle 11g SQL tuning certified expert. Is there any similar exam for Oracle 12c? It means a certification exam for testing SQL tuning skills on Oracle 12c.

Did you search the Oracle Certification website (here --> https://education.oracle.com/certification )  You need to have your OCP DBA 12c certification first.
