    SO's not advancing to pick ticket print


      ALL orders shipped from a branch plant today have been requested to have CSRs update requested dates in order to advance system status to the next step, which is to print pick ticket. Orders with delivery dates for today and beyond are NOT allowing pick tickets to print until orders are revised (even if only moving the date up/down by 1-day). Typically, pick tickets will print if orders ship within a 14-day window of the requested delivery date.
