The Issue seems to be with the "Auto Number".
Please take trace of the AE with below trace parameter, and provide me for further analysis.
-TRACE 135 -TOOLSTRACEPC 4044 -TOOLSTRACESQL 31
Also, please let me know your current Image level of FSCM and complete tools version.

We asked the customer to keep the trace file in the next run. Also, we are unable to replicate it non-prod.
We had a similar issue earlier. when the customer deletes the no-success processes and runs it again, it went success. This time customer is asking cause for this.
