I tried several times to proceed to payment of my DDNS service but like a lot of people here, I got the message that my payment has failed.
Tried with 2 different bank cards, same issue.
I sent a mail to the support team, they never replied.
Is this service really serious ?

Thank you for your ticket number, I will follow up with support regarding it. A common reason payments fail is if the purchase is made from a device via a vpn or on a network firewall. I would recommend either turning these off if you have them and try purchasing again, or joining a different network to attempt to make payment.
