Escaping % or _ in the table filter

I suspect it is not possible, but I am wondering if there is an equivalent syntax to the "where x like y escape z" predicate when one filters the list of displayed tables in the Connections pane. That is, if one opens up "Apply filter..." there are dropdown choices for equals, like, not like, etc., but what if I want to include a literal underscore?

As far as I know, it is not possible to do this in the current Filters. To get this working, I assume they would need to add an Escape field after the Case Sensitive check box in the Filter dialog.
