This year's Oracle Open World looks to be very exciting with many topics to cover in the field service and service sessions. These include discussing recent developments and deliverables such as the HelpDesk to Oracle Enterprise Manager Integration, ITIL certification efforts across the product lines, new mobility choices for field service users, and a sneak peak at some very exciting developments due out in the next 12 months.
