You do not need to encrypt SSL to the HTTP server when you terminate it on Web Cache. Unless your site requires this of course, but this is only important in those environments where you do not trust the network between Web Cache and the HTTP Server.
Yes, it's true if you have both webcache and origin server in trusted network, you don't need ssl encryption.
If you really need SSL, only 1 wallet is required which contains trusted CA certificates of all CAs
which signs certificates on origin servers.
