Oracle UCM : Adding multiple <html>,<head>,<body> tags at runtime.

In our project we have created a building web site developed in Oracle UCM. In the web site pages we have the content in a word document. We are facing a problem described below -

<p></p>
<p></p>

For every dynamic conversion (conversion from word document to html) it is adding <html>,<head> and <body> tags automatically at runtime. So if we have a two or three word documents per page then at the time of conversion at runtime it adds those tags for every conversion.

<p></p>

In a page we end up with having 3-4 html, head and body tags which ideally should be 1 per page.

<p></p>

The above problem is creating a very bad quality factor when we test with a web site checker tool.

<p></p>

A view source of a page having multiple html tags looks like below -
<p></p>
<tr>
<td>
<!--SS_BEGIN_OPENREGIONMARKER(region4)-->
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Stellent Dynamic Converter 10gR3(10.1.3.3.1)">
</head>
<body><a name="TopOfPage"> </a>
<!-- TRANSIT - INFOBEFORE -->

<p></p>

I need help urgently.... please can anyone help me out ........??
