From where to manage Oracle Web Conferencing?

I have installed Oracle collaboration Suite for the first time and I have to configure
Oracle Web Conferencing
. I cannot find Console from where I can manage Oracle Web Conferencing.
After Oracle Collaboration Suite's installation I can only find
Application Server Control Console
. I have gone through this Console but in this Console I couldn't find Web Conferencing options.
Please tell me from where I can open that link to configure Web Conferencing at the Admin site and also tell me do I need to download client tools for web conferencing etc...
Or How do I check whether Oracle Web Conferencing is installed on my system or not ?
Do I need to download seprate components for Web Conferencing etc?
Please help me and reply me soon. Would appreciate instant reply....

You should :
- first register a user as administrator (business admin)
- then login to OCS Webconf with that user
With all you respect, you should drop an eye on OCS Web conf Administrators guide
