    Users Cannot Connect to Messeneger after recreation


      I have Installed Oracle Collaboration Suite 10g (10.1.2) on two machines ( OEL 4 Update 5 , 64 Bit)

      all of my users can connect to my portal server through the web. These users can also connect

      to Oracle Messenger; But whenever I delete a user and recreate it, that user can connect

      to Oracle Portal Server but it can not connect to Oracle Messenger.

      Any comments will be appreciated in advance.
