It depends on whether or not you are installing into an 220.127.116.11 instance or standalone. You have to have a database up in either case, and have downloaded the Demantra installer either from Metalink or e-delivery.
Here are some Notes on the EBS-Demantra Integration:

I checked in these notes and it seems that you go to install seperate oracle db and apps server to install Demantra. My machine already has vision, I dont have resources to install another dba and apps here; is there any way to "install" demantra on the top of existing vision. does 12i allows you to do this?
If thats case I will reformat machine and do 12i ( already have 18.104.22.168).
also is there any public site like solutionbeacon which provide free access to test demantra instance.
You can install Demantra on the same database where you have Vision installed. Demantra is installed on a separate schema, just mention the details of the same Vision Database, when you are installing Demantra. You can do it on 12i as well.
I am not aware about any such site for Demantra. The best thing would be you install it on your own machine.
You can get a lot of material from the metalink on all the modules of Demantra. Contains TOI to user guide of all the versions of Oracle Demantra.
Apart from these you can get a lot of info about the business with respect to Demand Management, Sales and Operations Planning and Trade Management which form the core modules of Demantra.
So happy reading!!
