This is actually not supported in 11gR1 for the 3D types.
OK, I had seen there were new 3D Spatial features coming in 11g R2. Do you know if this will be supported in R2?
could you please explain why you need a COMPOUND and MULTICOMPOUND gtype for solids?
We have MULTISOLID and COLLECTION.
I know that this was posted a while back, but could someone confirm if the 11g r1 issue is true as above and is the problem resolved in 11g r2 (or 12c)?
