Advanced Pricing in Service Charges
May 11, 2009 1:29 PM
I must setup in 11.5.9 the following situation:
For the same labor item I have different prices depending on the billing activity type (transaction_type_id). For example, I have the item "Worked hours". For warranty labor it must be 20$ and for regular labor it must be 30$.
Have anyone had this kind of trouble?
All the best,
I have the same question

I assigned a price list to every sales order type used in service. I use a trigger to override the price with the one from the price list.
