A much better way would be to have an email alias, then use that for the export - so you don't have to keep editing the export if users change.
We have set up several sub aliases for different groups and then added those to the reporting alias, which is used in exports.
Can you explain how to add email aliases please?
I have an interesting issue at a client where certain users are not receiving email output from Financial reporting batches and I wonder whether this email character limitation may be the cause?
I think from memory we added a dummy users and then assigned it the email alias, for example firstname.lastname@example.org. We couldn't directly enter the alias in the email recipients box, it would fail.
To clarify, when we used distribution accounts as previously set up they would fail to send, which is why we associated them with a dummy user - which then worked.

Check with your Email administrator. Maybe they can create Distribution Lists accounts. 1 email address with many members or a Listserv...
we did the same thing....initially I was using To and CC field, later we created a group email address and added all of them to that.....
