you can try this
You can delete the Alert log located at: ORACLE_HOME\admin\<SID>\bdump\alert_<sid>.log that can be accessed through EM's Alert Log Content link. However, all you need to do to refresh the Alert History is click the refresh button after you have resolved the issues therein, such as invalid objects.
