Look for the cause -- its either
there are too many files backlogged
there is not enough freespace on the directory
the size of the files backlogged is too large..
See the emd.properties file to override the defaults that automatically disable collection
(like too many files).
This is done as a safety precaution so that the agent doesnt fill the o/s.
Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 5 Grid Control
Open Home Page of Grid Control
Go to > Setup > Subtab Agents
select agents and click UNLOCK.
Connect on host where agent is installed
run > emctl upload
and see status > emctl status agent
