Why does 11gR2 download link point at 11gR1 documentation?

My questions is why, as accessed at time of this post, does [http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/oracle11g/112010_linuxsoft.html] have a link for install guides etc that points at 11gR1 [http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/database11gR1.html] when 11gR2 documentation [http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/database.html] or [http://www.oracle.com/pls/db112/homepage] seems far more appropriate
