ntfs mount on oel 5.2

how can i mount ntfs?i cant afford a kernel module update by ULN.

help me...

    Having a ULN subscription would not help you because Oracle does not ship the NTFS driver.

    Have a look at downloading one from http://www.ntfs-3g.org/ because you should have enough software from your OEL distribution media to compile it.

    can you say the particular version of ntfs-3g and fuse kernel module (with link) for el5 -92?

    You could probably get this from Dag Wiers' site; he keeps a YUM repository of stuff that doesn't get put into some distributions.

    The fuse files may be there but unless you used an RPM to install them, the rpm(8) utility does know about them.

    You should be able to get an RPM for this from Dag as well.

    I refer the honorable gentleman to the answer I gave some moments ago:
    The fuse files may be there but unless you used an RPM to install them+, the rpm(8) utility does know about them.

    You should be able to get an RPM for this from Dag as well.

    Download and install all the RPM's with a single command:
    # /bin/rpm -Uvh *.rpm
    Keep adding RPM packages to your directory until it all installs at once.
