Just a little more information...

You can just comment out "DEVICE=/dev/tcp" line in the webgui.ini. That will stop the "WEBGUI_CAT:3108: WARN: Network device does not exist" message from appearing.1 person found this helpful
That is only a warning and you should see the wlisten process is running.
You need to use task manager or process explorer to see that wlisten is running.
Thanks for the info. That stopped the warning but I wlisten still terminates right away.

The Tuxedo Web Console is not really supported as virtually no one was using it and it is out of date, meaning not been kept up with the changes to Tuxedo. It has been replaced by TSAM Plus which provides much better monitoring and management of Tuxedo applications.
