I have an problem with ESI tags and Oracle Web Cache 10.1.2 when I am using an max-age attribute in ESI tags for expiration.
I need that, the concrete esi:inline is loaded throgh given URL when it expires.
Specificaly is it ESI:INLINE and ESI:INCLUDE.
I set max-age attribute to 10 for an esi:inline like this:
<esi:inline name="#URL#" fetchable="yes" max-age="10">
based on definition from : http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B15897_01/caching.1012/b14046/esi.htm#i640976
When I am sending surrogate-control headers with no max-age definition, it loads the page for a default expiration time. The esi element is expirated with the expiration of page.
When I am setting the headers with max-age:1, the page expires in a 1 secound and also the esi:inline element.
But I need that, the concrete esi:inline is loaded throgh given URL when it expires, but not when expire site.
The same problem is with ESI:INCLUDE.
Could anyone tell me whats wrong? Is it problem in webcache configuration?
