Consider your EM GC URL is http://emgc.mycompany.com:4889/em/console/logon/logon/. I am assuming you would be using a similar URL to login to the widget.
Instead of that, could you please use a shorter URL version http://emgc.mycompany.com:4889/em/ and try to login to the widget?
If this doesn't work, could you please contact me at rejeeb.mohammed(at)oracle.com. I would like to know more details.
Does anyone know how to clean up from a failed install on Linux. Air is installed, but everytime I try to install the High-Load Databases Widget, it fails with Sorry, an error has occurred. The application could not be installed. Try installing it again. If the problem persists, contact the application author. Error #1.
I have 10gR5 OEM with diagnostics pack available.
I've just installed the "target search" widget for trial and everything went fine. However, when clicking on a target from the search results, the URL in the browser is created incorrect. Somehow the querystring is repeated twice when it tries to open the link.
Tries to open
my em url/redirect?targetName=monza&targetType=host&pageType=TARGET_HOMEPAGE?targetName=monza&targetType=host&pageType=TARGET_HOMEPAGE
Error in browser
404 Not Found
Invalid URL: invalid pageType
This works after modifying URL
my em url/redirect?targetName=monza&targetType=host&pageType=TARGET_HOMEPAGE
10.2.0.5 (no patches on top)
Running ubuntu 9.10, installed AdobeAIR, firefox browser.
I have installed first 2 gadgets on my laptop. Looks good.
However, I am unable to see one of our PROD Databases in the database list on Oracle High Load databases Widget. Why is it so?. I am able to see all databases except this one database.
The agent and OEM both on 10.2.0.5 and all running fine.
Please let me know
