We're testing Web Callbacks on a project, and we seem to have "lost" one. We've seen some occassional problems, but I'm trying to find out if I can troubleshoot this one myself.
Some of our transactions say:
"Interaction terminated, reason: +username+..."
but some others say:
"Interaction terminated, reason: 16..."
Does anyone know what that "reason: 16" means? I'm guessing it just means something like the caller (or callee in this case?) hung up rather than the agent. But if it's something more sinister, that may be useful.
