There is a way to trace which connection from connection pool is using which DB connection?

In your admin console you use the monitoring tab of your configured datasource. To see more information you can click on Customize this Table and select the stuff you want to see, for example Active Connections current count.
Try using WLDF > Instrumentation, JDBC_After_Connection_Internal and JDBC_Before_Connection_Internal monitores can help you.
