Content/Document Management certificate path not working

Hopefully this the correct location to post this, but I am having some issues getting an HTTPS connection to a WebDAV Connection URL under Content/Document Management - Repository Setup. I have added the CA certificate to the "cacerts" file under $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security using the keytool. I specify the path to the cacerts file for the Certificate Path field. However, when I try to test the connection, I receive this error:

Test Connection Failed: oracle.apps.dom.webdav.client.dav.HttpsConnectionFailedException

Does anyone have any idea of what I might be doing wrong? Any help that anyone can provide would be helpful.

Thank you.

    Hi,

    What is the application release?

Please run the test as per (Note: 418209.1 - R12.0.[3-4] : Document Management and Collaboration Document Check Setup Test) and see if it returns any errors.

    Regards,
    Hussein

Thank you for your response. The application version is 12.1.2. I did get these errors when I ran the report, but I don't think they are related to my issue as I don't see anything related to SSL or Certificates:

I am not sure if it's helpful or not, but I also noticed that if I have the Certificate Path option blank it gives me the same error.

    Hi dhartle,

Have you solve this problem? I also got the same error and still haven't solve it. when try to ignore it and then try to attach file to the repositories specified in this connection. The error message is 'Logon Failed: The User ID and Password combination entered is not valid.'. The same error message keep appear eventhough i enter the valid user ID and Password.
