    CCA 8.1.3 FP3 IM load failed - Java JLNPException null : LaunchDesk : null

      at the end of a clean installation all works great less the IM :(
      After i press Login on CCA IM screen, i have immediately the error on top, related to the startup.jar.

      Same issue on all the 2 servers installed on parallel for redundancy.

      Update : In one of this i tried with the patch p9604396_813FP3_Generic, but without lucky.



      p.s. I'm using BEA 10 MP1
