This is dependent upon the services and equipment that the person receiving the call has in place. It's also dependent upon the services offered by the phone company that person uses. COD will only send the number (or not, if you choose).

In the case of people with name-and-number caller ID, they're seeing "Toll Free Number" as the company name and they're getting the correct phone number.
So, if Oracle (via COD) can't pass along the company name, should they be able to pass it along to the carrier?
Apparently the directory that a phone company would use to get caller id info from (company name) is not updated with the correct information. I don't know if that would be Oracle's responsibility, but if they are responsible for the 800#, it seems it would be their responsibility.
