It's been a few years since I worked with Suretrak but if memory serves me some printing issues were fixed in the later patches. I believe 3.0 "C" was the last patch release. I would start by making sure you have this installed.1 person found this helpful
I've experienced the same error a few times in the past. A simple system reboot often did the trick for me.1 person found this helpful

We tried the reboot suggestion but that has not worked.
As for Patch "C", I do not believe we have that service patch. Any suggestions on how to download the patch?
You can download the patch directly from Oracle as long as your maintenance agreement is valid.
