To track java class object instantiation you need to use byte code instrumentation.
VMObjectAlloc is used to track the java objects allocated inside vm. You can't
use this to track all java objects allocated in java program.
Thanks a loot swamyv !!
Can you give me any hint where such a step could be done? Should i "scan" the bytecode inside the CLASS_REPARE event processing? What would be the thing i'm looking for?
Thanks in advance,
It is better to instrument it at class prepare event.
Take a look at this jvmti demo code.
I hope this will help.
