Steve Feuerstein's book, Oracle PL/SQL Programming is probably the best one out there.
Make sure you get the 5th edition, which covers Oracle 11g release 2.
    http://www.amazon.com/Oracle-PL-SQL-Programming-Versions/dp/0596514468

There's also an Oracle Press book...
    http://www.amazon.com/Oracle-Database-Programming-Osborne-ORACLE/dp/0071494456

I have passed the 1z0-146 test, and although I had brief access to both of these books, neither one of them constituted my main study.
I first bought a practice test from uCertify because at the time it was the only one available. Later, I also bought the one from SelfTest Software (now Kaplan).
    http://www.selftestsoftware.com/product.aspx?product_id=1Z0-146

I do have one hesitation about recommending SelfTest Software: Their references to online websites where you could study and learn more included some illegal materials. I won't say any more about that, because I don't know who'll be reading, and if they hate that kind of thing as much as I do... Anyway, I did tell them at SelfTest Software about this, and don't know if they did anything about it.

I found Oracle-Base.com to be helpful also. Especially relevant would be these pages:

I know that Steven's publisher (O'Reilly) offers eBook versions. And one of the available formats is PDF.

You'd need to go through the exam topics that Oracle lists on the candidate guide and see which chapters cover those topics.

That said, if your goal is to learn PL/SQL rather than simply to pass an exam, I'd strongly suggest just working through the book from beginning to end. It will be well worth your time.

    Hi,

I am Oracle Certified Professional ( Developer Track Forms 6/6i) with the following papers

    1. 1Z0-001 Introduction to Oracle: SQL and PL/SQL.
    2. 1Z0-101 DEVELOP PL/SQL/Program Unites
    3. 1Z0-122 froms II
    4. 1Z0-121 forms I
    5. 1Z0-123 reports.

I want to go for the "Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional" , What should I do?
I mean which papers I do have to pass???? I am a little confused

801136: Rather than copying and pasting your post identically into each of the four most recent threads dealing with PL/SQL, you're better off just doing it once. Then there are fewer places you have to look for to find responses to your post. Or, if it's exposure you're looking for, just make a new thread to ask your question there.

To answer your question though, the PL/SQL certification track and it's component requirements can be found at: http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=155

Given the list of exam certs you say you have, none of them are listed as counting towards the current PL/SQL certification. I am unsure if there is an unlisted upgrade exam though, as the Forms certification is similar to the PL/SQL track as far as the OCA goes, and since you are certified on a previous version of Forms there may very well be some shortcuts you could take.

That information is readily available and easy to find on the page for the exam. Click on the link I gave in my last post for the page containing information on Advanced PL/SQL certification path. On that page, click on the link for the 146 exam to find the details out for that exam.

    Duration:      90 minutes
    Number of Questions:      68
    Passing Score:      65%

Actually, the 1z0-001 and 1z0-101 tests DO count toward this certification.
    Please read here: http://blogs.oracle.com/certification/2008/07/developer_track_revealed_alter.html
Especially take note of the question asked by Jason Genovese, and the answer given.

And just to confirm, I also had passed 1z0-001 and 1z0-101, and these were taken into account after I passed 1z0-146.
So, go ahead and take 1z0-146 for the cert.
