Request giving ClientTransportException when invoked from BPEL

I have created a BPEL process in NetBeans 6.1. In the BPEL I am trying to invoke web service by using a partner link. The input variable (xml) is created by mapping (using XSLT transform) thru 'Assign' option. I got the created xml request printed in the glassfish server log and used the same to invoke the same web service only by using soap UI and got the proper response. But when running the BPEL, the following error/exception is printed in the server log. Could anybody please tell me the reason and the work around? I am stuck and it is urgent.
