you could use jQuery and add the functionality you need.

to "Link Atributes" in the "Column Link" property of the column.
Thanks in advanced for any help.
It isn't working.
i've added this:
<img src="#APP_IMAGES#view_icon.gif" alt="ALT" onmouseover=myfunction('#EMPLOYEE_ID#');>
to the "Link Text" in the Report Atributes and all it does is to pass the "#EMPLOYEE_ID#" string to the function.
It passes the name, not the value.
I've watch the sourrce code of the page and i'm getting more in more frustrated because i can't find a way to do this:
Here's the part of the page source:
<td align="left" headers="EMPLOYEE_ID">101</td>
<td align="left" headers="EMPLOYEE_NAME">John</td>
<td align="right" headers="LINKCOLUMN"><img src="#APP_IMAGES#view_icon.gif" alt="ALT" onmouseover=myfunction('#EMPLOYEE_ID#');></td>
Can't see a way to access the #EMPLOYEE_ID# in the <img> tag...
I was thinking about configuring the position on the screen on the first 10 rows.
By knowing the number of pixels to the top, i can then calculate the rownumber.
I think this is my best shot.
I'm not quite sure what you looking for. But do you mean something like this ?
When you place cursor over cell where value is MANAGER, alert is shown.
