JavaEE Tutorial shows HTTP Status 403

I followed JavaEE Tutorial to implement Duke's Bank.

      http://java.sun.com/javaee/5/docs/tutorial/doc/bncna.html

I added the users 200 and bankadmin in GlassFish v3's file Realm.

      User ID      Group List
           200      bankCustomer
           bankadmin      bankAdmin

      When I logon to http://localhost:8080/dukesbank-war/logon.faces
If the password is wrong, it can show the warning message created by the code.

However, when I inputted the correct username and password, it shows

HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied

      type Status report

messageAccess to the requested resource has been denied

descriptionAccess to the specified resource (Access to the requested resource has been denied) has been forbidden.

I do not find any logging messagei in GlassFish v3 console. What is wrong? How can I fix it?

403 Forbidden is a HTTP status code returned by a web server when a user agent requests a resource that the server does not allow them to.
So I think it displays 403 when you input a correct username and password because it was trying to forward to a page that is not existed on the web contents folder.
