Did you install the Swing Jar [CAB] - if you did and did not "save state" it will be lost and you will get the exception you posted - I did!
I re-installed the jar and it worked.
give more details about how did u simulate it. How did u actually made it?
There are lots of trick stuff with Creme, but so far, i could solve all the problems.
If u want i have a step by step tutorial that i made, on how to deploy an application , using Creme JVM and Swing!
First of all, sorry for the delayed response. Development got sidelined for a while and I forgot about this thread!
SnowKat: Following your suggestion, I reinstalled the CrE-ME410_swing file; I still get the same error, though. Thanks for the idea, though.
Felipe: I'm not sure exactly what information you need me to provide. I made a simple CDC application in NetBeans 6.1, consisting of one form with a menu bar and attempted to run it in the Remote VM (at \Windows\creme\bin\CrEme.exe). I'm using Microsoft Device Emulator Manager with the Windows Mobile 5 Emulator.
I would indeed be interested in reading your tutorial on Swing with Creme JVM; where can I find it?
I am trying desperately getting CrE-ME working with my swing application. Right now I cant get JTable working at all on the windows mobile based PDA using CrE-ME where as many other swing elements seems to work?? If you have a step by step tutorial using CrE-ME I will be very happy. Thanks in advance.
Still no luck with this infuriating problem, short of hard resetting the emulator. Has anyone got any ideas? I'm spending hardly any time on development, just trying to fix this problem! Grr...
Hi, my website is online again, due to the requests for this tutorial! Is still under construction, however you can find the step by step under the articles link!
If you do everything as is described, i think that you are not finding any problems.

i was getting the same problem..
In my case, i solved it adding a empty constructor to my class.. Why is that? I don't know.. Maybe it does not build a defaut constructor for some reason..
but it worked for me..
I got this problem again, and this time i solved it by moving my files outside a folder/package i created. Netbeans calls it a 'defaut package'.
