i am trying now a linux version 2.1.
i got an exception of scheduling when i run my program.
i almost sure i know what the problem is since at the begging i got the following message: Java Real-Time System HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: unable to lock pages into memory Java Real-Time System HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Cannot use the real-time scheduling class.
in Solaris we have the user_attr file that we configure what each user can do.
what about linux??
if any one has those parameters ill be glad to try it.
Please see the installation guide:
Under the section "Granting Resource Access Privileges to Java RTS Users (Linux OS)".
You need to add yourself to the "realtime" group on our supported systems; otherwise you have to create that group with the necessary privileges.
