Another question from a beginner
Jan 9, 2008 9:23 AM
I am very interested in real time java and I am just wondering how I could practice it. Any suggestion? The official implementation is not freely available. Is it?

The Linux-based "Reference Implementation" (RI) is freely downloadable. See http://www.rtsj.org for directions.
Sun's Java Real-time System 2.0 (Java RTS) is also available for evaluation. See http://java.sun.com/javase/technologies/realtime/
An early-access of Java RTS on Linux will be available in the near future.
