It is possible to disable the 'allowSessionIDOnHosts' mechanism and allow all target hosts to use sessionID for the cli commands?

I found my problem. If the sessionID is assigned int the top level context, so it will not work. Than I have to add the target host where the plan runs. If I assign the sessionID in the scope of retarget 'cliserver' so it will work like expected!
