es-svc.sh start agent fails with Can't find a usable init.tcl

      System: Ultra 20
      OS: Solaris 10
      SunMC: 4.0

The agent, cfgserver event metadata trap logs in /var/svc/log are filling up with:

application-specific initialization failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories:
      /opt/SUNWsymon/base/cfg /workspace/ac123291/workspaces/sunmc40_build_wss/sunmc40_build_ws/proto/2.9/i386/opt/SUNWsymon/base/lib/i386-sun-solaris2.9 /opt/SUNWsymon/base/lib/tcl7.5 /opt/SUNWsymon/tcl7.5/library /opt/SUNWsymon/base/library

I have a /usr/sfw/lib/tcl8.3 that I've tried to link to /opt/SUNWsymon/base/lib/tcl7.5 but that didn't work.

I've tried to set the TCLLIBPATH, that didn't work.

When going through the scripts they fail when the get to any of the executables in /opt/SUNWsymon/base/sbin

      root@sunmc:$ esd

This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.
