Did you use the same Sun Online Account and select the same team (top right pull-down menu) that you registered the products with when you logged into the inventory portal?
Absolutely the same.
I've register 3 servers T5120 (apollo1, apollo2, apollo3) but from https://sunconnection.sun.com/ I can see only "apollo1".
When I tryed to register againe apollo2 I see "already registered".
Very strange. :-)
There may be an issue with the team associated with your Sun Online Account, so I would suggest that you delete the team. Note that this will remove all gear associated with that team:
Select 'Teams' on the top left of the page, select the team that the gear is registered to, then 'Delete Team' from the Teams pull down menu
After doing this, create a new team then try the registration again.
