About the memory space in opensparc FPGA implementation
Sep 27, 2010 8:19 PM
I'm new to this field.
I have a basic conceptual question about the RAM allocation.
It allocate 178M as OpenSPARC memory space and 80M as RAM disk.
I think the 80M RAM disk is like DRAM or main memory in general desktop computer, Right?
But what about the 178M OpenSPARC memory space? what is that? Why a processor need memory space.
