I will suggest you to read Oracle 11gR2 free documentation which is the best source before any new book comes out in the market.
Start with the 10g RAC book from Julian Dyke, published by Apress. Then read the Oracle documentation
I am sure there are at least 1/2 dozen people madly scribbling away to get the 11gR2 RAC books out. But none have been released yet.
It will be released in April as per the link.
I think it will be the first book which is gonna release on Oracle RAC R2...
