There currently is now way to migrate from a previous release to 11g. In the R2 version, they are supposed to introduce a mechanism to re-platform projects to 11g, but I don't believe it will be a true migration.

So basically we can not migrate the project in ALBPM 5.7 to BPM 11g.
Can we use some of the component that are already there in ALBPM 5.7 or we need to develop project in BPM 11g entirely new ??
I also need the BPM 11g developer and installation guide.

My understanding is that there are not any artifacts from the previous BPM versions that can be utilized currently by 11g. It is pretty much a complete rewrite.
As for the developer and installation guides, they can be found on the Oracle site here.
In the current version of Oracle BPM 11gR2 is not for migration projects. It can used for only new projects.
Thers is new version going to come for migration projects, will be released my next mid year. This has been comunicated when we are in the training.
