Security exception from weblogic 10.3.2  while invoking Webservice .

Getting issue while accessing webservice through web-app deployed on weblogic
10.3.2 . The client runs fine if run as a standalone main class.

The webservice is secured with oracle/wss_saml_or_username_token_service_policy.
