      I have a region template with this definition: (it was there when we got HTML db long ago, and have been using it since. Its called Tab Title (100%),1

      <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%">
      <tr>
      <td valign="bottom"><table width="120" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="left"><tr>
      <td width="10" valign="top" align="left" bgcolor="#336699"><img src="#IMAGE_PREFIX#left_top_curve.gif" width="10" height="10" border="0" alt="" /></td>
      <td nowrap="nowrap" bgcolor="#336699" style="padding: 3px; color:#ffffff; font-size:10pt; font-weight:bold; font-family:arial,helvetica,geneva,sans-serif" align="center">#TITLE#</td>
      <td width="10" valign="top" align="right" bgcolor="#336699"><img src="#IMAGE_PREFIX#right_top_curve.gif" width="10" height="10" border="0" alt="" /></td></tr></table></td>
      <td align="right"><table><tr><td>#CLOSE#</td><td>#PREVIOUS#</td><td>#NEXT#</td><td>#DELETE#</td><td>#CHANGE#</td><td>#EDIT#</td><td>#CREATE#</td><td>#HELP#</td></tr></table></td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
      <td bgcolor="#336699" colspan="2">
      <table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1"><tr>
      <td width="100%" bgcolor="#ffffff" style="padding:1px 0px 1px 4px;font-size:10pt;">#BODY#</td></tr>
      </table>
      </td>
      </tr>
      </table>

      The tags that follow#BODY#always shows up at the end of a CSV download from any interactive report that has this template as its region template. We are running Application Express 4.0.1.00.03. These tags cause problems with folks who use the csv files for imports. How do I eliminate them?
