I had a small issue with iRecruitment and would like your help on the same.
In iRecruitment, while creating Questions in the Question Bank for Assessment, I am unable to enter "YES" as the 1st option while creating Multiple choice single answer type question as well as multiple type multiple answer type qusetion.
I have tried many version of the word but all seemed fruitless.
Thanks in advance.

Do you receive an error when trying to save? If so, what is it?
Does the answer 'Yes' save when you try the second time?
What release are you on? 11i or Release 12? Do you have Family Pack K RUP5 (if 11i) or 12.1.3 (if release 12)?
Does the same happen if the first answer is not Yes? Ie, 'No'?
It's just I remember having a near identical problem I'm exactly the same place where it would lose the first answer. I instead had to enter a random first answer (eg, 'XX), then 'Yes', then delete the XX.
I never found a fix but worked around it as above.
I found your post helpful. The work around works.
It is found to be a product bug and is resolved on the newer releases.
An alternative I found working was to do the following
1. check the Render HTML option in the beginning
2. enter <t>Yes</t> as the first answer
